and factor the cost of optimizing your website into the design cost of the site
along with hosting fees, monthly maintenance fees, support, etc.

When I estimate what to charge to design a website, I have to take many things
into consideration - not just the design aspects. For example, you may want a site
with all the bells and whistles but, if you have not had much of a web presence, I
would first look at how to get you noticed and scale down the design expectations.

Website Design Special:

I will design a 5 page website, host your site for one year and provide support for one year for only
$1,875.00. This is an "all inclusive" price which simply means tax is included along with all other necessary
items needed to design your site. Include a "Search Engine Optimization" package for only $249.00 more.

Four Page All Season Newsletter:

I will design a 4 page all season newsletter which will be seen by everyone visiting your website. You will also
receive this newsletter in PDF format ready for printing should you elect to hand them out, mail them or leave
them at strategic locations. Your webmaster can post this newsletter to your website in just minutes! Include
coupons, area events, seasonal events calendars and more. It's up to you! You pay only $375.00 for the
newsletter and an additional $95.00 if you wish to purhchase the "source file" or template which would all you
to make your own changes later on if you so desired.

Email Marketing Blast:

Have a lot of email addresses and would like to send them to your guests/prospective guests in a beautiful
HTML format that will drive them to your website? It's only $219.00! This is great way to generate more
revenue with a small investment. Have a Fall or Winter package you want to promote? This is the way to go!
