Newsletter Design

Newsletters and e-newsletters are an excellent way of keeping in touch with your
customers and securing new customers. Newsletters should provide information
about your place of business, the area around you (if in the hospitality industry),
specials, links to non-competitor businesses or websites providing information
that may be of special interest the the people reading the newsletter.

Newsletters can be posted on your website by your webmaster and you can even
do it yourself with a little bit of know how. ADK also provides training solutions to

remember, content is king, and Newsletters and e-Newsletters can be a big hit.

It starts with a discussion, a close look at the size and type of your business and several other factors

Newsletters are typically 4 to 8 pages in length. The timeframe for design is approximately 9-14 days.
Fees will typically run about $95.00 to $135.00 per page depending on the content, photo editing, etc.
When designing a Newsletter, you want to be sure to include all of your amenities, pricing if applicable,
special upcoming events, area attractions, etc. If you are a restaurant, you may not be able to place
your entire menu within the newsletter but you will want to point out your specials, include a coupon,
etc.

Newsletters and Promotional PDF's (1 to 2 pages) should be available at your location and on your
website. The response from newsletters and Promo PDF's can be absolutely amazing. Tourists love
them because they provide needed information and coupons and they can share them easily with their
friends.
